Refund and Returns Policy
1. Registration Fee
The registration fee paid to TLSA is non-refundable. This fee secures a place for your child at our school and is not subject to refund.
2. School Fees
School fees, once paid, are non-refundable. TLSA commits resources, staffing, and facilities based on the enrollment and cannot provide refunds for changes in enrollment.
3. Uniform Shop
a. Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sizing and fit are essential when purchasing school uniforms. TLSA offers a 7-day guarantee for one-to-one exchanges or alterations if the uniform purchased is the wrong size. To be eligible for an exchange or alteration, uniforms must be in unused condition and have all tags attached. If the uniform is damaged or used, we will not be able to process an exchange or alteration.
b. No Refunds
Please note that TLSA does not offer refunds for uniform purchases. All sales are final.
c. No Warranty
TLSA does not provide a warranty for uniform items. Any damage that occurs after the 7-day guarantee period is the responsibility of the purchaser.
